HIKSTIK Stubbies
Our short-length stubbie shaft is meant to be used during practice as a training device for defensemen. It is not meant to have a lacrosse head installed. When correctly used, a stubbie shaft helps to teach proper checks, correct body and foot positioning, and prevents and stops stick chasing checks. You've got no long pole to chase with - so it forces you to keep your hands together and get your body into the correct position. Our grab-bag stubbies are unfinished and rough-cut to shape to keep your cost down. The length is between 20" and 22". We'll pick the wood, you tell us how many you need.
