At Hikstik, we are committed to delivering custom wooden lacrosse shafts of the highest quality. While custom items cannot be returned, we do offer a 30-day warranty on all shafts to ensure you receive a product that meets our high standards.  

What's covered: Cracks or defects in the shaft that are not caused by misuse or improper handling. 

What's not covered: Damage caused by misuse, such as intentional abuse or improper use of the shaft. 

How to Submit a Warranty Claim: If your shaft experiences a defect or crack within the 30-day warranty period, simply email our customer service team at hikstiksales@gmail.com. To help us solve your issue quickly, please include: 

  1. A clear picture of the damaged shaft.
  2. A description of what happened when the damage occurred. 

What to Expect: Once we've received your claim, our team will promptly review your submission and, if approved, we'll send you a replacement shaft.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if it's defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
