By purchasing or using a Hikstik shaft, you acknowledge that lacrosse is a contact sport and involves inherent risks, including serious injury or death. Use all equipment responsibly and only for its intended purpose. Do not use a shaft as a weapon or continue using a shaft that is cracked, broken, or otherwise damaged.

Wooden shafts may break under sufficient force or improper use. Inspect your shaft regularly and discontinue use if you notice damage that could make continued use unsafe.
