Terms of service
By buying a Hikstik shaft, you acknowledge that lacrosse is an inherently dangerous contact sport. You are at risk of a crippling injury or even death. Avoid dangerous play - do not use this shaft as a weapon. Shafts may break; the risk increases with improper use. If damaged, cracked, or broken, do not use. This shaft cannot be repaired.
International Shipping
Hikstik ships only in the U.S. and international orders may require extra shipping fees or be refunded.
Return and Warranty Policy
At Hikstik, we are committed to delivering custom wooden lacrosse shafts of the highest quality. While custom items cannot be returned, we do offer a 30-day warranty on all shafts to ensure you receive a product that meets our high standards.
What’s Not Covered
Because lacrosse is a highly physical sport, extreme impacts/checks can occasionally damage any wooden shaft. Breakage caused by:
- excessive or abnormal force
- intentional abuse
- or impacts beyond normal gameplay wear
is not covered under warranty.
Our shafts are built to withstand regular play and checking, but like all wooden equipment, they are not indestructible.
What’s Covered (30 Days)
We will replace your shaft if it develops:
- Cracks or defects in the shaft that are not caused by misuse, excessive force, or improper handling
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If your shaft experiences a defect or crack within the 30-day warranty period, simply email our customer service team at hikstiksales@gmail.com. To help us solve your issue quickly, please include:
- A clear picture of the damaged shaft.
- A description of what happened when the damage occurred.
What to Expect: Once we've received your claim, our team will promptly review your submission and, if approved, we'll send you a replacement shaft.
Since we've been in business, we've sold thousands of lacrosse shafts and we are committed to providing reliable, high-quality products to every customer.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if it's defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Natural Wood Variation & Straightness Tolerance
Each Hikstik shaft is made from real wood, not synthetic material. Because of this, slight variations in grain, flex, and straightness are completely natural and expected, especially in longer shafts.
All shafts are inspected before shipment and must fall within our straightness tolerance of 1/2 inch. Shafts within this range are considered standard, fully playable, and not defective.
A minor warp within this tolerance does not affect performance and is a normal characteristic of wooden equipment.
If you receive a non-custom shaft and are not satisfied with its feel, we’re happy to offer an exchange.
