Shipping policy

Orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days from date of purchase. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. 

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $35. 

Expedited shipping or special delivery requests may be available for an additional cost. If you need a faster option or have a specific shipping request, please contact us at hikstiksales@gmail.com before placing your order or as soon as possible after ordering. If available, you can pay the difference between our standard shipping cost and the upgraded shipping cost to get your order quicker. 

Orders outside of the U.S. may require extra shipping fees or will be refunded. 

During peak banquet season (April-May), inventory may fluctuate, but if any delays arise due to material availability, we’ll reach out to keep you informed. If you’re ordering for a specific event, we recommend placing your order early to ensure timely delivery.
