Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 5–7 business days of purchase. If we need additional engraving details from you to complete your order, the 5–7 business day processing period begins once we receive all required information. Delays in submitting engraving details may delay your estimated delivery date.

The estimated delivery date shown at checkout includes our standard processing time plus estimated carrier transit time. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders. We may ship via USPS or UPS depending on the order size, destination, and available service.

Need Your Order Sooner?

Expedited shipping and rush requests may be available for an additional cost. If you need your order by a specific date, contact us at hikstiksales@gmail.com before ordering or as soon as possible after placing your order. We'll let you know what options are available and any additional cost.

International Orders

International shipping availability and pricing may vary by destination. Contact us at hikstiksales@gmail.com with questions about international orders.

Banquet & Event Orders

During peak banquet season, especially April–May, processing times and material availability may be affected by higher order volume. If anything impacts your order, we’ll contact you. 

If you’re ordering for a banquet, senior night, or another specific event, we recommend ordering early and contacting us with your deadline.

Tracking & Carrier Delays 

Once an order has been accepted by the carrier, transit times and tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier. If your tracking appears delayed or stops updating, contact us and we’ll help review the shipment and determine next steps.
