Can every shaft have a different engraving?

Yes. Each shaft in a team order can be personalized differently with names, numbers, team names, seasons, awards, messages, or other engravings.

If it’s easier than entering each engraving individually on the website, you can submit your engraving details for each shaft through our Bulk Engraving Form. This form will be sent in your confirmation email and is where you can upload logos/artwork and submit full lists of engraving info for multiple shafts at once.

For logos and custom artwork, see our artwork FAQ below, as some designs may need to be adjusted before they can be engraved clearly.

Can you engrave our team logo or custom artwork?

Yes! We can engrave many team logos and custom graphics. Because artwork is reduced to a small engraving area, some designs may need to be simplified or adjusted to engrave clearly.

If your artwork requires significant manual editing to make it engraving-ready, a one-time $10 artwork setup fee may apply. We’ll contact you before moving forward.

Once your artwork has been prepared and approved, you won’t be charged the setup fee again for that same artwork on future orders.

For best results, send the highest-quality version of your logo or artwork available.

How does team pricing work?

Can we mix woods or lengths?

Yes. To qualify for team pricing, you just need 5 or more shafts in your cart. Feel free to mix different wood types and shaft lengths within the same order.

How far ahead should we order?

We recommend ordering as early as possible, especially for Senior Night, banquets, holidays, and other date-specific events. Our standard processing time is typically 5–7 business days (this does not include shipping), but larger personalized orders may take additional coordination.

Can players actually use these on the field?

Yes. Hikstiks are real wooden lacrosse shafts made with field use in mind. A compatible lacrosse head can be mounted and the shaft can be played with, or it can be kept and displayed as a meaningful reminder of the season.

Do you accept tax-exempt team orders?

Yes. If you're school/organization is based here in Texas and you qualify for tax-exempt purchasing, email us your valid tax-exemption documentation.

We will review your documentation and refund the applicable tax once your exemption is verified.

How do I attach a lacrosse head to a Hikstik?

Hikstik shafts fit standard lacrosse heads and can be assembled like a typical shaft. Each shaft comes with a complimentary screw.
